With nearly ten years of experience in organizational transformation and development, Jessica has primarily worked in the banking and financial sectors, both in Europe and Quebec. Through her visionary approach, Jessica guides leaders in defining and implementing ambitious transformation projects, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. She stands out for her strong interest in collective reflection processes, organizing workshops with management committees and professionals, while developing structured communication frameworks.

Client-oriented and known for her listening skills and empathy, Jessica fosters project buy-in by placing people at the heart of her actions. Convinced that team engagement is essential for project progress, her approach inspires confidence and energy, ensuring a successful and lasting transformation. Alongside her professional activities, Jessica has been volunteering for causes close to her heart for the past fifteen years.
