In collaboration with the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Advisor plays a key role in shaping the employee experience, actively contributing to individual growth and organizational performance.
Talent Attraction and Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from needs analysis to hiring, including drafting and posting job offers, screening applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, recruitment events, and university partnerships
- Lead relationships with universities and other candidate pools, as well as the organization of career events
- Contribute to enhancing our employer brand by ensuring a positive, human, and culture-aligned candidate experience at every touchpoint
Onboarding, Integration, and Employee Experience
- Prepare, coordinate, and continuously improve the onboarding journey in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth, personalized, and engaging experience
- Actively contribute to initiatives that foster engagement, a strong sense of belonging, and a vibrant internal culture aligned with Brio’s values – notably through projects led by the Employee Experience Committee
HR Operations and Administration
- Ensure the accuracy and regular updating of employee records, internal databases, and HR dashboards
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions (group insurance, pension plans, leaves, and other employment conditions)
- Gather, verify, and forward all necessary information for payroll processing
- Support the organization’s administrative compliance by applying internal policies and legal requirements related to human resources management
- Draft and share internal communications
Development of HR Practices and Projects
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and tools to optimize the employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle
- Contribute to various HR projects by providing a practical perspective and concrete ideas
- Monitor best practices in talent management and recommend suitable evolutions
Your profile
You stand out through your:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Industrial Relations, or another relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in human resources and recruitment within small or mid-sized consulting or service-oriented companies
- CRHA membership – an asset
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, to deliver high-quality work in a bilingual business environment
- Ability to adopt a proactive advisory approach, providing recommendations aligned with organizational goals and employee need
- Commitment to quality, professionalism, and responsible management of the activities under your care
- Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Curiosity and eagerness to grow and learn continuously
