Support for the firm’s business development
- Support assigned partners and business development leaders by handling various activities, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and resolving administrative or operational issues
- Support identified committees in fulfilling their responsibilities, offer administrative assistance to move forward with various projects and tasks, and ensure follow-ups with the involved stakeholders
- Analyze incoming correspondence and identify actions, draft and sign general communication
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (transportation, accommodation, etc.) for partners and business development leaders
- Contribute to business development by participating in meetings, ensuring follow-up on actions, building and maintaining a business network, and supporting the preparation of service proposals
- Carry out a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office, in close collaboration with other members of the administrative support team
Client activity coordination:
- Support the consulting team in planning, preparing, and coordinating workshops with clients, as well as matching for individual coaching sessions
- Provide support to the client activity billing process and ensure follow-up
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and workshops in collaboration with our team consultants, coordinate the materials needed for the delivery of our various projects
- Manage and organize project knowledge on SharePoint
Your profile
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in office automation, secretarial studies, or a relevant field
- 5 to 8 years experience in a similar position within a consulting firm
- Ability to support multiple executives simultaneously, ensuring proactive management of their respective needs and priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English, enabling the production of high-quality deliverables in a bilingual business environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Solid business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent client service
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a meticulous approach to task execution
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects independently
- Curiosity, versatility, and adaptability when facing new challenges
- Sense of initiative and responsibility, with a proactive attitude
- Skills in synthesis and ability to anticipate needs
