My memorable experience: My first stay at Jouvence with Brio was a memorable one. Located in Mont-Orford National Park, Jouvence is our annual tradition, a ritual where the whole team gathers every fall. It’s a place of connection, exchange and collective energy. A powerful experience that reflects the power of the collective. An event for sharing, where we have a lot of fun!

My transformation at Brio: It’s been ongoing since I arrived. Brio encourages me to step out of my comfort zone and question myself. It pushes me to be a better version of myself for my customers and colleagues. The organisation encourages me to try new things in order to make a positive difference.

Brio’s impact: For me, our impact lies in the way Brio guides and supports its customers, helping them to grow.

My memorable experience: During the Covid-19 pandemic, Brio went through a period of uncertainty, but quickly got into solution mode. I was impressed by our ability to show solidarity and daring to overcome this ordeal. I’m convinced that we came out of it stronger than ever.

My transformation at Brio: I have a passion for my job and it’s essential for me to do it authentically, by being true to myself. It is my privilege to cultivate this ambition at Brio, both with colleagues and customers.

Brio’s impact: For me, it’s the positive influence we leave behind as a result of our interventions. Our job is to help our customers not only find an effective, permanent solution to their problem, but to do so in a positive way. I believe that we’re helping to create a better world.

My memorable experience: At Brio, our daily rituals and operating methods give pride of place to the collective. The mutual aid market is a prime example; a weekly meeting that fosters cooperation beyond our respective mandates. We are far removed from the hierarchy and competition of the big firms. Those words don’t exist at Brio.

My transformation at Brio: I feel I’m in the right place, I’m on my X. This has never been so true in my professional life. Brio allows me to remain authentic at all times and gives me the freedom I need to pursue my passion with pleasure.

Brio’s impact: For me, it’s the values that drive it, particularly kindness.

My memorable experience: I’m responsible for organising the various events at the Montreal office and was pleasantly surprised and touched when they took the initiative to make my own birthday special. And only three months after my arrival! It made me feel welcome and accepted in the team.

My transformation at Brio: Although I’m generally very independent, since I’ve been here I’ve learned to recognise the importance of helping each other. When I need help, I’m happy to accept it from my colleagues.
