Executive Consultant – Transformation and operational efficiency

• Conduct client and market analyses, as well as stakeholder interviews, to produce high-impact deliverables
• Design and facilitate collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and turn ideas into actionable strategies

Driving continuous improvement and leading change management initiatives

• Master continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
• Facilitate process improvement workshops (current and future state)
• Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new practices

Managing client mandates and monitoring results

• Lead client engagements with rigor, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
• Closely monitor project progress and adjust strategies based on results

Business development and relationship management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the organization’s growth
• Inspire and engage consultants by sharing your expertise and leadership

Contributing to the organization’s visibility and culture

• Actively contribute to working groups and special projects to support business development
• Design impactful service offerings and write articles to enhance the organization’s visibility
• Represent the company at strategic networking events

You stand out for your:

• Master’s degree in management, organizational development, change management, or industrial engineering — or equivalent professional experience
• Over 5 years of proven consulting experience, ideally in a consulting firm
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required to deliver high-quality deliverables in bilingual business environments​
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with openness and professionalism
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and extract key insights
