Designing transformation strategies and supporting clients through their implementation
- Conduct client and market analyses, as well as stakeholder interviews, to produce high-impact deliverables
- Design and facilitate collaborative workshops to align stakeholders and turn ideas into actionable strategies
- Draft clear, concise, and impactful reports and summaries, and lead interviews to gather key insights
Driving continuous improvement and leading change management initiatives
- Master continuous improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Facilitate process improvement workshops (current and future state)
- Implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new practices
Managing client mandates and monitoring results
- Lead client engagements with rigor, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Closely monitor project progress and adjust strategies based on results
Business development and relationship management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the organization’s growth
- Inspire and engage consultants by sharing your expertise and leadership
Contributing to the organization’s visibility and culture
- Actively contribute to working groups and special projects to support business development
- Design impactful service offerings and write articles to enhance the organization’s visibility
- Represent the company at strategic networking events

Your profile
You stand out for your:
- Master’s degree in management, organizational development, change management, or industrial engineering — or equivalent professional experience
- Over 5 years of proven consulting experience, ideally in a consulting firm
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong asset
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required to deliver high-quality deliverables in bilingual business environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with openness and professionalism
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and extract key insights
- Strong focus on the quality of client and colleague relationships
- High standards in deliverables and exemplary mandate management
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and sense of ownership
- Strong work ethic, rigor, and professionalism
- Intellectual curiosity and commitment to developing both personal and collective capabilities
