With nearly 15 years of experience in organizational transformations, Alexandra has supported numerous leadership teams through various large-scale projects. Her expertise spans complex projects such as mergers and acquisitions, transformation management, and cultural transformations, across a variety of sectors. A partner since 2021, Alexandra embodies a mobilizing and energizing leadership style to help her clients transition from strategy to results.

Long engaged in the business community, Alexandra was the President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal from 2013 to 2014 and served on the board of directors for several years. Involved on multiple boards, she strongly supports her commitment to developing the next generation of business leaders and her desire to drive economic and professional growth in her community.
