Strategy Analyst

Location : Montréal or Québec City

strong>Develop your career within a management consulting boutique, where you will have the opportunity to play a key role. Your main responsabilities will include :

Analysis and Research

  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on the market, industry, and competition
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices
  • Build benchmarks and compare client company performance to market standards

Deliverable Production

  • Draft reports, executive summaries, and presentations to support strategic recommendations​
  • Design dashboards and analytical models to facilitate decision-making
  • Prepare materials for client meetings (presentations, case studies, summaries, etc.)

Data Modeling and Structuring

  • Analyze financial and operational models to assess the impact of various strategies
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements
  • Conduct simulations and scenario analyses to test different strategic options

Client advisory support

  • Participate in stakeholder interviews to better understand organizational challenges​
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of strategic recommendations
  • Monitor the execution of action plans and identify necessary adjustments

Internal Collaboration and Monitoring

  • Work closely with executive advisors, director advisors, and associates of the firm​
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal workshops
  • Keep abreast of developments in the consulting sector and management trends

Your profile

You stand out for your

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business strategy, finance, or a related field
  • Asset – Master’s degree in business intelligence, management, or a related field​
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience as an analyst​
  • Ability to quickly process a large amount of information and extract the essential elements from a complex analysis
  • Precision and attention to detail in data analysis and deliverable production
  • Ability to explain strategic concepts clearly and accessibly
  • Excellent communication with executive advisors, directors, associates, and clients
  • Comfort in facilitating workshops and leading meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary missions and adapt to varied and demanding client contexts
  • Aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously​
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in economic and managerial trends
  • Willingness to learn about various sectors
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
  • Rigor, work ethic, and professionalism
  • Strong command of Excel (an asset)
  • Ability to communicate fluently in French and English, both orally and in writing, to produce various deliverables for our clients (bilingual business environment)
