Pursue your career within a management boutique where you will have the following responsabilities :

  • Strategic positioning at the level of the transformation process and support for our clients’ transformations:
    • Alignment, identification of potential issues, provision of new strategies
    • Accompanying the team in the strategy of the mandate, in the structuring of the deliverables
    • Design of deliverables at an executive level
    • Exercising leadership within the mandate
  • Designing the strategy and supporting the team in the implementation and change management activities
  • Customer relationship management and identification of business opportunities and strategic interventions in complex contexts
  • Team management and development of consultants in mandate 
  • Project management (schedule, budget) and reporting on the progress of the process
  • Contribute to the development of the firm on the various working committees and special projects as well as to the profitability of the firm
  • Active contribution to business development:
    • Participation and validation of service offers to customers
    • Active presence in the client and partner ecosystems
    • Coordination of each person’s contribution to the business relationship
  • Live and convey the values of boldness, openness, benevolence and humility to your colleagues and clients

Your profile

You are unique and stand out with your :

  • Graduate degree in management, strategy, organizational development or change management (or other field relevant to organizational transformation, we also like atypical profiles!)
  • Minimum 10 years of professional consulting experience
  • Concern for the satisfaction of clients and colleagues through the quality of your work, your interpersonal skills and the sound management of the activities entrusted to you
  • Influencing and guiding role with colleagues and clients
  • Strong work ethic and professionalism
  • Curiosity and interest in developing yourself
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive feedback
  • Networking skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and synthesize information
  • Versatility and adaptability
  • Intrapreneurial spirit, sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Mastery of MS Office software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
